Touchstone Training & Coaching was founded by Paul Mason, a sales leader turned trainer & coach who saw first-hand the challenges SME sales teams face when trying to grow sustainably. After decades working in competitive B2B environments, Paul recognised a recurring gap — teams were trained, but not coached to apply what they learned. Skills faded, momentum dropped, and results plateaued. Touchstone was created to close that gap — offering integrated sales training and coaching designed specifically for SMEs who want not just a short-term boost, but sustained sales growth and confidence across their teams. |
